We’ll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery.
Here’s the bottom line: If you’re unhappy, we’re unhappy. We’re real people, and we’re willing to go the extra mile to help as best as we can. We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us and if you’re unhappy with any product, we’ll take it back provided the item’s condition falls within the following parameters:
- Item is in new/unused condition.
- Item contains original tags and/or packaging intact (as applicable).
- Item was delivered within the last 30 days.
Please note:
*There is a flat fee of $3.99 deducted from orders returned for refund to help cover a portion of our shipping and labor costs. There is no fee for returns for store credit or exchanges.
*No returns or exchanges are accepted for items totaling $10 or under.
*Any items returned without original tags and/or packaging intact will incur 15% restocking fee.
*No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that have been used.
*No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Seasonal Gift Boxes, Garage Sale Items, food items, underwear, or free gift items.

Once your return or exchange arrives back at our facility, we will process it in 1-2 business days (although it goes up to 2-4 days during the winter holiday season). Note that any refund given for a return takes 1-2 business days to go through to your original payment method.
Orders placed outside of the United States
International customers are responsible for covering the full cost of return or exchange shipping. When an international order is returned for a refund, the refund will not include the initial shipping cost.

But what if something breaks?
If something happens to your gear that’s beyond normal wear and tear, head over to our warranty information page and follow the instructions. While we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Fetch My Pet Store, we are often able to coordinate repairs, discounted replacements, or exchanges directly through the manufacturer. We want your experience with Fetch My Pet Store to be awesome!
The fine print
Fetch My Pet Store retains the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new and unused”. Exchanges are subject to an item still being in stock. If you receive a free gift in one of our promotions, note that returning items in your order that reduce your original order total below the free gift threshold will require you to either return the free gift, or pay for the free gift.
